What leads you to practice?
What role does it have in your life?
What touches you?
What questions do you have of life?

This weekend is an opportunity to remember what you already are and already do — an occasion to reconnect to your meditation and yoga practice and to uncover what leads you to engage practice at all. Explore how meditation and Yoga work together, and lay a foundation for the integration of both practices.

About the Teachers

Ken McLeod — One of the senior Western teachers of Buddhism today, Ken McLeod is also one of the most innovative. Known for his ability to explain difficult and subtle teachings, "he distills the nature and purpose of Buddhism to make it accessible for any newcomer without dumbing it down." (Phil Catalfo, Yoga Journal, July 2001). To find out more about Ken, click here.

Hart Lazer — Hart Lazer has been teaching yoga for over 20 years. He received his in-depth training principally from Iyengar yoga teacher Ramanand Patel. In the past few years Hart has integrated his knowledge of Iyengar yoga alignment into his personal Ashtanga practice. Since co-founding the Yoga Centre Winnipeg in 1986, Hart has taught workshops and trained teachers internationally in both methods. To find out more about Hart, click here.
